Phase Manager.

Manage phases at project scale: bulk reassign created and demolished phases, a migration wizard, split a subset to a new phase, conflict detection and a view phase-filter audit.

01 · THE PROBLEM

Native Revit phase control is two Properties fields — Phase Created and Phase Demolished — edited element by element. Nothing checks the project for views filtering the wrong phase, elements with conflicting created/demolished phases, or gives a colour-coded overview by phase.

20–30 s

Assigning phases means manual filtering then Properties, batch by batch

There is no rule-based assignment by level, category or zone — every phase reassignment means manually filtering a selection, then flipping the Properties dropdown for that group, repeated whenever the criteria change.

0 cảnh báo

No detection of created/demolished conflicts

An element with its Phase Demolished set before its Phase Created, or out of sync with its host, gets no warning from Revit — it only surfaces when you review the model stage by stage and see something in the wrong place.

Auditing phase filters view by view, with no summary

A mid-size project's staged construction views can easily run into the dozens, each with its own Phase and Phase Filter in Properties — without opening each one there's no way to know which is filtering incorrectly.

0 Split

No bulk operation to split a group into a new phase

Moving a set of elements that were built on the wrong phase into a different one, or getting a colour-coded overview with a legend, means building your own view filter and editing each element by hand — native Revit has nothing built in for it.
