- Revit, IFC, CAD (DWG/DXF/DGN/SAT/SKP), point clouds, BIM 360 / ACC
- Paths, coordinates, worksets and load state in one grid
- Filter by link type and state
One grid for every link in the project — Revit, IFC, CAD, point clouds, BIM 360/ACC: paths, coordinates, worksets, load state, edited in bulk.
Revit's own Manage Links dialog splits Revit, CAD, DWF and point-cloud entries into separate tabs, each showing only a handful of fixed columns — checking a link's workset or coordinate mode means closing the dialog, hunting it down in a view, then opening Properties. On a project with dozens of links spread across types, piecing together the full picture takes more effort than managing the model itself.
Revit, CAD, DWF and point-cloud links sit in four separate Manage Links tabs — there's nowhere to see every link in the project on one grid to compare load states at a glance.
Renaming the server or moving the project folder means picking Reload From for every single link, repeated separately across all four file types — a project with a few dozen links eats most of a morning just re-pathing.
The stock dialog shows no workset or coordinate-mode column — checking means selecting each link in a view and opening Properties, and any link not visible in the current view is effectively unreachable.
Linking 10 CAD files into a project means selecting each one in a view and changing its Workset in Properties ten separate times — nothing applies the change to the whole batch at once.
On the Autodesk App Store, External Access Links Manager edits load state and paths through separate Revit/CAD/DWF tabs, while Link Manager focuses on bulk insert-reload-remove but still per link type. Link Manager Pro puts Revit, IFC, CAD, point clouds and BIM 360/ACC into one filterable grid, with workset and coordinates right in the list:
The interface is matched to the tool window running in Revit.
Audit and manage every CAD import in the project — search, filter, colour by layer, pin, delete, re-import.
Link many CAD, RVT or IFC files at once — coordinate mode and workset preset for the batch.
Toggle the draw layer — foreground or background — for every CAD link in the active view.
